Melissa Hall founded College Admissions & Planning Services, LLC to educate young scholars on the planning and preparation that it takes for college enrollment.  From maintaining an exceptional grade point average as early as ninth grade, to being involved in community service and taking  ACT practice tests to reach the score needed for the recommended college of choice.  College Admissions & Planning Services, LLC will provide you with the resources needed to excel and enroll into college.
